1. Non-Returnable Items
   Opened/used perfumes, samples, or custom products.
2. Eligible Returns
   Wrong item, defective/damaged item, or fulfillment error. Must be reported within 7 days.
3. Refunds
   Processed within 7–14 business days after inspection. Refunds go to original payment method.
4. Cancellations
   Orders can be canceled before dispatch. After dispatch, return process applies.
5. Exchanges
   Subject to stock availability.
